访客和分包商个人卫生指南

目的

本程序旨在指导访客在参观 Bien Dong 工厂时遵守卫生规定。

适用范围

所有访客、分包商在需要进入 Bien Dong 工厂时。

程序

1. 个人卫生指南

必须按照下列步骤清洁双手

• 步骤 1：在干净的流动温水下冲洗。.
• 步骤 2：用手将肥皂从肥皂罐中取出，将肥皂涂抹在双手、指尖和指甲、手指之间以及前臂中部。用力揉搓至少 20 秒。.
• 步骤 3：在干净的流动温水下彻底冲洗。.
• 步骤 4：将双手放入氯溶液（氯 10-20 ppm）中至少 10 秒。.
• 步骤 5：用饮用水冲洗。.
• 步骤 6：擦干双手。.

2. 过敏原清单

要求所有访客不要将含有过敏原的产品带入工厂。.

经欧盟、美国、加拿大和现有客户 QI 活动验证的产品成分中的过敏原清单：（参考： https://farrp.unl.edu/IRChart)

• Crustacean Shellfish and products thereof;
• Egg and products thereof;
• Fish and products thereof;
• Milk and products thereof;
• Peanut and products thereof;
• Soy and products thereo;
• Tree Nuts: Almond, Brazil nut, Cashew, Filbert/hazelnut, Macadamia nut/Bush nut, Pecan, Pine nut/Pinon nut, Pistachio, Walnuts, Beech nut, Butternut, Chestnut, Chinquapin, Coconut, Ginko nut,  Hickory nut, Lichee nut, , Pili nut, Sheanut;
• Wheat and products thereof;
• Cereals w/ Gluten;
• Sulfites ((≥ 10mg/kg);
• Buckwheat and products thereof;
• Celery and products thereof;
• Lupin and products thereof;
• Molluscan Shellfish and products thereof;
• Mustard and products thereof;
• Sesame and products thereof;
• Bee Pollen/ Propolis and products thereof;
• Beef and products thereof;
• Chicken and products thereof;
• Latex (Natural Rubber) and products thereof;
• Mango and products thereof;
• Peach and products thereof;
• Pork and products thereof;
• Royal Jelly and products thereof;
• Tomato and products thereof.
• Chemicals used in the factory such as: refrigerants, food contact lubricants (H1), chemicals used to clean and disinfect surfaces in direct contact with products

3. 安全政策

所有客户进入公司时，必须说明原因，以及需要联系的人员姓名。完成此程序后，安全人员将向他们提供一张名片，并指示他们与需要联系的人员会面。.

访客进入工厂时：公司工作人员必须陪同。.

如果访客来到包装区、成品仓储区和出口区：他们必须持有 C-TPAT 卡，否则不允许进入这些区域。

未经管理人员许可，不得拍照、拍摄。

4. 安全卫生

a) 进入工厂前的安全卫生：

步骤 1：健康检查 → 步骤 2：摘掉所有首饰、戒指、项链、耳环、手表…… → 步骤 3：穿劳动安全服：戴口罩  戴帽子或发网 穿劳动安全服 穿上雨靴。 → 步骤 4：洗手和擦干双手

b) 只能通过提供的装有氯溶液的足浴盆，从指定的生产线门进入生产线。

c) 只允许在指定区域吸烟，但必须将香烟丢在可用的烟灰缸中。

d) 只在指定区域进食。

e) 未经许可不得拍照。

f) 除普通戒指外，禁止在生产线上佩戴装饰品。

g) 禁止吸烟、吐痰、擤鼻涕、咳嗽或对着地板打喷嚏。

h) 禁止涂指甲油、使用香水、携带药物进入工厂。

i) 当访客来到生产区时，他/她必须了解过敏原并遵守公司关于识别和控制过敏原的规定。

5. 现场贴标和包装流程

访客进入包装和贴标区域时，不得触摸或与打印机互动，也不得打扰该区域的工作人员。
