PERSONAL HYGIENE GUIDELINE FOR VISITORS AND SUBCONTRACT

 

PURPOSE

 Aim of this procedure is to instruct visitor follow hygiene regualations when visiting Bien Dong's factory.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

All visitors, sub-contractor when they require to enter the Bien Dong's factory.

PROCEDURE

Personal hygiene Guideline

Hand must be cleaned following as:

  • Step 1: Rinse under clean, running warm water.
  • Step 2: Use their hands to release soap from the soap pot, apply soap to hands, fingertips and nails, between the fingers and up to the mid-forearm. Rub together vigorously for at least 20 seconds.
  • Step 3: Thoroughly rinse under clean, running warm water.
  • Step 4: Place hands into chlorine solution (chlorine 10-20 ppm) for at least 10 seconds.
  • Step 5: Rinse with potable water.
  • Step 6: Dry your hands.

2. List of allergens

Require all visitor do not to bring products with allergens going to the factory.

  • Egg and products thereof;
  • Fish and products thereof;
  • Milk and products thereof;
  • Peanut and products thereof;
  • Soy and products thereo;
  • Tree Nuts: Almond, Brazil nut, Cashew, Filbert/hazelnut, Macadamia nut/Bush nut, Pecan, Pine nut/Pinon nut, Pistachio, Walnuts, Beech nut, Butternut, Chestnut, Chinquapin, Coconut, Ginko nut,  Hickory nut, Lichee nut, , Pili nut, Sheanut;
  • Wheat and products thereof;
  • Cereals w/ Gluten;
  • Sulfites ((≥ 10mg/kg);
  • Buckwheat and products thereof;
  • Celery and products thereof;
  • Lupin and products thereof;
  • Molluscan Shellfish and products thereof;
  • Mustard and products thereof;
  • Sesame and products thereof;
  • Bee Pollen/ Propolis and products thereof;
  • Beef and products thereof;
  • Chicken and products thereof;
  • Latex (Natural Rubber) and products thereof;
  • Mango and products thereof;
  • Peach and products thereof;
  • Pork and products thereof;
  • Royal Jelly and products thereof;
  • Tomato and products thereof.
  • Chemicals used in the factory such as: refrigerants, food contact lubricants (H1), chemicals used to clean and disinfect surfaces in direct contact with products

3. Security Policy

All customers when entering to company, they have to give reasons, name of person they need to contact. After thay finish this procedure, sercurity staff will give them a visiting card and instruct them to meet person they need to contact.

When visitors enter to factory: company staff has to come along with them.

If thay come to packing section, finish products storge and exporting section: they must have C-TPAT card, neither thay do not permit to enter these areas.

Do not photograph, making film without permittance of managers.

4. Safety hygiene

Ornaments are prohibited

a) Safety hygiene before entering the factory:

Step1: Health verifying → Step 2: Removeall jewelry, ring, necklace, earring, watch… → Step 3: Wearing labour safety clothes: Wearing face mask  Wearing hat or hairnet Wearing labour safety clothes Put on welling on boots. → Step 4: Washing and drying hands

b) Entering the production line through the located production line door only by walking through the foot bath basin containing chlorine so lution provided.

c) Smoking is only allowed in the provide area, cigatette but must the be disposed in the available ashtrays.

d) Eating only in the provided area loaction.

e) No picture taking unless receiving permission to do so.

f) Ornaments are prohibited from the production line except plain ring.

g) No smoking, spitting, nose blowing, coughing, or sneezing ing the floor.

h) No nail polish, using perfume, carrying medicine into the factorry.

i) When vistor comes to production area, he /she has to understand about allergens and obeys to company regulations on identifying & controlling allergens.

5. The site’s labelling and packing processes

When visitors come to the packing & labeling area, they shouldn't touch or interact to the printer, and do not disturb to workers in this area.
